How do I take my own measurements?
It is important that you give us the correct measurements for the perfect fit. You can purchase a soft tape measure from most supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda for around £1. To measure, please refer to our diagram below.
How do I order a made to measure garment, your website only gives an option for standard size?
When ordering you can choose to have the items made to your standard size or your measurements. If you would like your pieces made to measure, please order your usual UK dress size from the drop down box then add your measurements and colour choice in the notes section at checkout.
What sizes do you make, do you have a limit on sizes that can be made?
We do not have any limits on sizes that can be made. We pride ourselves on catering for all shapes and sizes! Our website sizing gives options from a size 4 up to a size 18 (UK size), however if you require smaller than a size 4 or larger than a size 18 please send us a message via the contact page on our website and we will be happy to assist you.
Alterations?
We offer made to measure garments as well as standard dress size garments (please note standard size garments are still made to order, but an option for customers who may not have the time to take measurements), although we would always advise customers to send measurements when possible, for a more perfect fit. In the unlikely event that a made to measure product does not fit well for any reason, we are more than happy to alter it for you. Please contact us with a detailed description of alteration needed along with a picture of you wearing the piece to give us a clear idea of what needs to be done to your garment to ensure it fits you perfectly.
What shipping options do you offer?
For orders within the UK, we offer first class signed for post for £5. If we have agreed to making a rush order for you (made before the time scale stated on our website) you can choose a next day special delivery option. Then once your garment is made, it can be sent out and delivered the next working day. Special delivery cost is £9 (extra £3 for Saturday delivery).
For Ireland Republic, shipping cost (tracked) is £11 and the delivery time scale will be the current making time (please check on our website) plus 3-5 working days for shipping.
International shipping (tracked) costs £18. International orders will take the current making time (please check on website) plus 5-7 working days for shipping.
How do I choose my fabric and colour?
Please check our 'FABRIC CHOICES' section on our website for a selection of fabrics and colours to choose from. If you would like a fabric that is not shown here then feel free to send us a message with the type/ colour you would like and we will try our best to source it for you.
